Decotach Custom Made Clothes
As with all custom made clothes
individual effort as well as valuable time is put into each
piece of clothing. Special attention is paid to proper fit,
color, style and fabrics. Time is taken to personally shop
for your materials and to make your specific order. The
clothes are then fitted on your body not once or twice, but
up to three or more times to make sure it fits you properly.
There is a smooth look of sophistication that only comes
with having one's clothing made to her individual posture
and distribution of measurements.
Our strict adherence to quality
and flexibility for personal preferences assures you the
best possible fit, allowing you to wear your costume or
skirt and dance with confidence. If for any reason
adjustments need to be made right after delivery, Decotach
will make the adjustments free of charge.
We are not a big company and we do
not import any costumes nor are our products made overseas.
We take pride in providing the highest
levels of satisfaction and work with all our customers
personally.
When matching up fabric color or
design from a swatch, please keep in mind that trends in
fabric styles and colors change from time to time and from
store to store; therefore we cannot guarantee an exact match
in fabric color or design.
ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS
The work that is required for costumes is far different from
that of regular clothing because of the intricate beading
that has to be worked around, replaced or repaired. The work
is time consuming because it maybe necessary to remove beads
or jewel to add a simple hook. Also, since most costumes are
generally made of tougher materials, it makes the needle
work more laborious.
For areas that need extra beading or a specific design, we
will try to match up that area of the costume as best as
possible, however there is no guaranteed the “match” will be
exact. Major bra and belt adjustments/ alterations: $22.00
an hour.
Please allow for a minimum of 3 weeks for alterations and
repairs, and for skirt and accessory items to be made. It
may take longer during busy seasons. Custom made costumes
can take up to three months for completion. Tax must be paid
on all items. A 50% deposit is required before any work
begins. Group rates are available for dance troupes of 5 or
more. Prices for custom made items can increase depending on
the amount of time taken to create them. We cannot hold any order(s) for more than 4 weeks and reserve the right to sell any order(s) left without a deposit after the 4 weeks. Those with a deposit will receive a refund.
